What's a good video that teaches English for Chinese-Cantonese speakers?

I'm looking for a sort of "Hooked on Phonics" kind of thing, 'cept not on reading but more along the lines of learning the English language. It has to be from Chinese-Cantonese to English, and preferably a series from level one to fluency. Not too sure where to start, so hopefully you guys can help recommend something.
