Who do i believe my boyfriend or my cousin monica?

my cousin monica is known for fibbing and so is my boyfriend but, i never caught my boyfriend in a lie but, i have caught monica lying to me before. i don't know who to believe because my cousin put it on her dead uncle which is my dad that she is not lying but, my boyfriend put it on his son that he is not lying! what do i do?
