I think my boyfriend has a STD and he wont tell me?

i have a guy friend we use to have unprotected all the time, but starting in 2009 he just start using condoms out the blue. well i took a look at his and he had a red sore on it , he said its not a sore he zipped his in his pants, than a couple months later i see a new sore next to the old one he told me thats the way it heals so dont touch it, a year haz past and he still has those 2 red bumps. can some one help me!
