How Do I Make My Hair Like This?

Oh, I love scene hair! Okay, I know about this. Take a little piece of hair, and backcomb along it, then spray the roots and hair, and floof it with your fingers before it dries. Then put a bit of hairspray on your fingers, and floof it when your all done. Then spray it with more hairspray. (haha) Or, try flat ironing and blow drying it out like that, then spraying it in place.
