Another yeast infection?

a few weeks ago, i got a yeast infection and used the monistat one-day treatment thing. it cleared up really fast, so me and my boyfriend had for the first time 3 days later. well i am at the end of my period and a couple of nights ago, i started experiencing itching again. i still had some of the monistat cream that came with the kit so i used some of that. i woke up yesterday morning and it was still a little itchy so i used more of the cream and all day yesterday it didn't bother me at all, until i got out of the shower. it was itchy again last night and a little this morning. it's not so bad this morning but it might be a little swollen although i can't really tell. it's not unbearably itchy like the last time but it's still kind of itchy. is this even a yeast infection or is my vulva just irritated?
