Police officers or any type of store security PLEASE !!!?

So me n my homeboy got caught stealing at walmart, the officer gave us a chance and didn't arrest us but he took out addresses. now my home boy got a letter saying he has top pay $200 by the end of the month, but he's 18 n im 16 n i haven't gotten the letter yet, so im wondering if i will get a letter. (Yes i know no criticism i shouldn't have been stealing in the 1st place but just please help n answer...)
