How could we collect space junk?

space is full of material comets, meteors, grains of sands, solar wind right down to gamma rays.The only difference is man made junk is whizzing around in a more less stable orbit and this is the problem. Big large chunks like space lab were slowed down so it would burn up in the atmosphere.
