Anyone from Montebello, Whittier, Monterrey Park or Pico Rivera?

I don't remember what or where this place is but it is on a hill between residential area... has benches.... and has a view of the River bed covered with green..... beautiful... Im pretty sure its Montebello.. whats the name and location of it?
