Cooking with Frozen Diced pork ...dilema!!?

I have bought some Frozen diced pork 454g from ASDA for the first time and it says it takes around 2hours to cook in the oven. I really want to put it with a jar of Sweet and Sour i have in the cupboard but there is noway I can cook that for 2 hours too. Can anyone recommend how I should cook these and still get my Pork Sweet and Sour?
