What's this perfume bottle lid made of?

Well, I do not have this perfume, but I had Bvlgari pour Femme and they are made using same materials, just different color. The bottle is some sort of milky gl (it is not completely transparent and also not smooth and shiny like usually the bottle do; sorry don't know how this type of gl is called) and the lid is gl and metal.
