Thing is, I have a small turkey (about 9 lbs, avg cook time 3 hours), and I'm supposed to cook it in a 5th wheel oven in the middle of Dumont on Thanksgiving day. The oven is propane, and highly unpredictable. Should I cook it the night before in my trusty home oven, then take it to Dumont and reheat it (if so, at what temp and how long)? Or should I risk it and try it at Dumont?
