I'm not sure what to do about my cat.?

I have a cat that I need to decide weather to have her put down or find a new home for. She's on the older side. She doesn't handle change well. It took me three years to get her to become an inside/outside cat instead of strictly outside. She does have accidents in the house but knows how to use a litter box. She doesn't have a problem with my other indoor cats but I know that she fought with other out door cats. I'm going to be moving soon and can't take her with me. I'm just worried that if I take her to the pound she will be such a repeater that they will put her down or heaven forbid whoever adopts her takes it into there own hands. I can't just leave her here when I go but I have no idea what to do with her. Does any one have any ideas on what I should do? Only nice answers and real solutions please. I don't want to have her put down, but I also want to do what would be best for her.
