How to give someone a secret note?

There is a very mean girl in my school, who sits at my lunch table. She is the nastiest person I've ever met, if i were to tell you what she does, it would take all day. I want to give her something I bought at Urban Outfitters called "Things You Do That Really Piss Me Off", (a check list as in "judge others", "fail to floss", etcetera) but I don't know how to give it to her, without her knowing it is me. I gave another girl something similar, by slipping it in her locker which is next to mine. But I don't know where this girls locker is, as well as if she uses one. We have first cl together, I could tape it under her desk, but that is risky for making a commotion, or getting caught. Any ideas about how to give her the note?
