How can I bribe (or persuade) my parents into moving us across the country?

Not to give too much information. I live in Arkansas, and it's really boring. I want to move to Los Angeles, but it's too close to the beginningg of school. And my mom is terrible about keeping me in advanced cled. If anyone can tell me how and tell me Fairfax High School's rating, I'd be very grgrateful Thanks
