Have either the Titans or Texans played in throwback Oilers threads?

Also, which team has the, um, license or copyright - something like that - to the Houston Oilers stuff? TN, the ex-Oilers or Houston's current team? I haven't watched a lot of NFL games where I've seen the retro uni4ms, so I'm asking if I may have missed a glimpse of either team as the Oilers. & r there immediate plans 2 show the throwback Oilers unis?
