I am on the Atkins diet. I have been on it for 1 week. My brother bought this "diet" sunkist so i was like cool, that looks good. So i've had about 3 so far but will no longer have any more because....even though it says diet sunkist, i looked at the label, turns out it was 25 calories 6 sugars and 4 carbs!!!! As soon as I read that I felt like I messed up my whole diet and I still feel this way. Do you guys think I will be ok? :/
